Circulation/Borrowing - Students
Loan Periods
Periodicals in print, microfilm, reference, and most reserve items do not circulate. Audiovisual materials have a limit of five materials signed out per period.

Overdue, Lost or Damaged Resources/Equipment
Circulating materials that are overdue are subject to fines of $1.00 a book, with a $15.00 processing fee added for materials overdue beyond the last day of classes. Reserves, audiovisual, and document delivery fines are $1.00 a day, per item. Lost or damaged materials will be assessed at current replacement values.
Group Room Use
The Madigan Library has 14 group study rooms which are available to students on a first-come, first-served basis, and students may also reserve a group study room ahead of time. Rooms have network access as well as a variety of multimedia equipment available for students to practice presentations, study and work on projects together, or view videos for classes. Portable data projectors, TV/VCR/DVD combo units are available in some of the rooms. Main Circulation has VGA cables, portable DVD players, laptops, and dry erase markers. Rooms range in seating capacity from 2 to 12. All that is required to use any of these rooms is a valid student ID. The rooms are available for 2 hour time periods and students can obtain a key to any available group study room by inquiring at the Main Circulation Desk.
