General Style Manuals & Writing Sources

Citation Builder
From North Carolina State University Libraries, "the Citation Builder illustrates differences among several major styles of citing information sources."  Choose to cite a book, scholarly journal article, article from a collection of reprinted articles, chapter or essay from a book, a Web site, or a personal interview.  Once the type of information source is chosen, enter information about the source in the online form and click the "Make Citation" button.  The Citation Builder produces the cited source in MLA, APA, and CSE formats that can be copied and pasted into a document.
