Patty Bilbay is a supervisor for the Circulation Division. Her primary duties are maintaining the library reserves system, training and supervising student assistants as well as part time circulation staff. She enjoys the academic environment at Penn College and finds the students to be positive and upbeat---with plans to conquer the world upon graduation!She graduated from Penn College in 2004 with an Associate degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management. She lives in Woolrich and grew up in Avis. She is very proud of her family: two sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, a grandson and a granddaughter. In her spare time she loves gardening. She also enjoys traveling and loves the ocean.
