The School of Hospitality presents


An Evening of Pennsylvania Food, Beer, and Wine

Featuring wine from Chaddsford Winery and beer from Tröegs Brewing Company

Wednesday, November 14, 2012
6:30 - 9 p.m. in Le Jeune Chef Restaurant

Exceptional food products from regional growers will be paired with fine beers
and wines from the Commonwealth. Each course will include a brief description
of the food and beverage pairings by the School's Chef Paul Mach. Dinner will
be prepared by students in the Catering class under the direction of Chef Michael
Ditchfield, and dessert will be prepared by the Principles of Bakeshop Production
class under the direction of Chef Sue Major.

Tickets: $75 per person
Payment requested at time of reservation.
No refunds for cancellations received after Wednesday, November 7, 2012.

This event serves as a valuable educational experience for our students and
is a vital component of our scholarship fundraising efforts. Net proceeds from
this event will be permanently restricted and invested to generate income
used for scholarship awards from the Peter Hellermann Scholarship fund.

The wine and beer flight for the dinner was carefully selected to complement the
different courses of the meal. To provide consistent service, there will be 18-20
ounces of alcoholic beverages served to each guest. Due to the nature of this
event, we cannot honor requests for additional wine or beer purchases.
