Our professional staff – Chef Stephen, Chef Rob, Chef Troy, and Chef Terri – and the advanced culinary-arts students present multicourse culinary delights. Courses include: appetizer, soup, salad, fish, sorbet, choice of four entrées, cheese, and choice of dessert for $29.95. A three-course wine flight will be paired with the dinner and priced separately. This menu will also be served on evenings when students in Regional American and Classical cuisines are not in session.
