Chef Robert Mobilian

Chef Robert Mobilian, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has achieved enormous success in his short career. After two years as banquet chef at kapalua Bay Hotel on Maui, he was hired to open Pinons Restaurant in Aspen, Colorado.

Rated by "Chefs in America" as one of America's outstanding chefs, Chef Mobilian and Pinons recently earned the prestigious DiRoNA award for Distinguished Restaurants of North America, as one of the top 300 fine dining restaurants in the country. In his five years as executive chef at Pinons, he has earned rave reviews in esteem publications such as Bon Appetite, Elle, and Food & Wine. Denver's Gabby Gourmet gives Chef Mobilian's work to "To Die For" rating.

The cuisine of Chef Mobilian reflects the new American style of cooking and calls for the freshest local ingredients, simple preparation and presentation, absolute proper temperature, large portions and lost of great mash potatoes.
