Chef Monica Lanczak and our future pastry chefs will showcase their talents when they sell their baked goods to the public in Le Jeune Patissier at the Market.
Bake sales are held when classes are in session during the Fall and Spring semesters. Dates and locations are announced in advance, but are subject to change based on special events. No preorders will be taken, except for decorated cakes.
