Le Jeune Chef (translated “the young chef”) is a fine-dining experience at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport. The restaurant, which offers a gourmet menu that changes daily, features the area’s most extensive wine list.

Real-life training for students
Le Jeune Chef offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Management students in the college's School of Hospitality.
Students who practice their skills in Le Jeune Chef have catered national events and have been selected for competitions, including the International Culinary Olympics. Their annual “A House for A House” project – during which chocolate houses are auctioned to benefit Habitat for Humanity – has been recognized by the Better Homes & Gardens Foundation.
