Key Component 5: Special Populations
The Central Region Tech Prep Consortium will provide equal access to the full range of "Programs of Study" to members of Special Populations.
- Provide equal access to the full range of POS to individuals who are members of special populations, including the development of POS services appropriate to the needs of special populations. [Link to Penn College Disability Servies]
- The Consortium will provide services to ensure that Tech Prep students can access the wide array of Penn College support programs that assist special population students and that encourage equal access. The services include services for physically disabled students, visually impaired students, and learning disabled students. The articulation agreement defines identification and documentation requirements for students with special needs to receive special services at Penn College.
