The Student Help Desk is located in the Madigan Library, Room 130. Service is available:
Fall/Spring
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, noon - 6 p.m.
Sunday, 1 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Summer (May 19-August 15)

Services
The Student Help Desk can assist Penn College students with a variety of computer issues. Most commonly, our student employees
- troubleshoot software and hardware problems,
- resolve Internet connection issues (wired and wireless),
- install anti-virus and anti-spyware software,
- identify causes of computer slowness and frequent errors, and
- answer general computer questions.
We do not install or fix hardware, but we will troubleshoot to help determine the problem. Students needing computer assistance must present a valid Penn College student ID card.
