Computer Labs

Open computer labs for student use are located in ATHS E204, ACC 314, and in the library, rooms 202 and 203. Lab assistants are on staff to assist students and faculty.
Hours of operation are posted at each lab.
General purpose classroom labs are located in ATHS E206, ATHS E207, ATHS E208, ATHS E228, ATHS E236, and ACC 302. These rooms are scheduled for credit classes throughout the week. When a class is not in session in any of these rooms, they may be used by students as an open lab. Weekly schedules will be posted outside each room.
Computer labs offer:
- Internet and e-mail access
- presentation software
- word processing
- spreadsheet and database applications
- color printers and scanners (Library, room 203 and ACC, room 314)
- specialized software for course-specific assignments (varies by lab)
Note: Some labs are restricted to specific academic programs, and may not be available for general use.
Computer Lab Rules & Regulations
- Absolutely NO drinking, smoking, or eating in the computer labs.
- Report all system problems to the instructor, computer lab assistant, or coordinator on duty. Do NOT attempt to repair or tamper with equipment.
- Do NOT remove, rearrange, disconnect, or deface any equipment.
- Use lab in a responsible and professional manner. The display of graphic or otherwise offensive material will result in appropriate action in accordance with the College's Acceptable Use policy.
- You may not copy any software. Exceptions to this rule will come from your instructor and/or the manager of the instructional computing labs.
- Parents should not bring children to computer labs. When this cannot be avoided, remember that PARENTS (not lab assistants) are responsible for their children. Do not allow children to become a distraction to others.
