Walter joined ITDL in August 2001. His experiences include web-based course design, multimedia production, learning object development, server/application administration, and LMS technical support. Additionally, Walter is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served six years working under the umbrella of Electronics Warfare.
In addition to Walter's staff responsibilities, he is an adjunct faculty member of the College's Electronics Dept., teaching Microcomputer Maintenance in the fall semesters. He also teaches noncredit courses for Workforce Development & Continuing Education, including: HTML Basics, Fundamentals of Building Web Pages, Microsoft FrontPage Levels 1-3, and Adobe Dreamweaver.

Paula joined ITDL in August of 2001. Her primary responsibilities include working with students who are interested in pursuing distance learning and developing support materials for those students who are new to the distance format and in need of technical support and/or instruction on factors for success in a distance format.
Paula has a certificate as a Medical Office Assistant from Elmira Business Institute in Elmira, NY, and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Web and Applications Development from Penn College.

Jim joined the ITDL staff in November 2003 as a member of the Digital Media team. His primary responsibilities include digital video production, editing and compression, web-based media creation, and ongoing development of marketing materials.
Jim received a bachelor's degree in Film and Media Arts from Temple University. Jim's past experience includes working as a Post Production Technical Supervisor at Temple University, a Multimedia Production Specialist for the Rohm and Haas Corporation in Philadelphia, and a Systems Integration Technician for Philadelphia-based Videocentral, Inc. He has also worked in various capacities on several independent and feature film productions.

Upon graduating in 2003 from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and associate's degree in Advertising Art, Christopher Legarski produced his first short film and since then has worked in the advertising, marketing, video, and graphic design fields producing and directing commercials, safety/training videos, corporate identities, and marketing materials for various companies and organizations.
Legarski has worked with local talent, as well as some regional and national talent, including a world renowned recording artist and a former pro baseball player who has his own television show titled "All Outdoors," which airs locally on Fox56 and nationally on the Sportsman's Channel. Legarski continues working evenings and weekends in the industry to stay current with popular trends and technology in the business as they relate to what Penn College produces.
Legarski has recently received his master's degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University and continues to work for Penn College as an Instructional Media Developer creating instructionally sound materials for the various departments on the college campus.

Steve started his career at Penn College in 1982 as a Media Technician. Steve's primary responsibilities include assisting faculty in the design and development of instructional programs used to supplement face-to-face instruction and to design, develop and adapt curriculum for delivery via web-supplemented and web-based platforms. Steve plays a key role in the development of training activities that are used to support the department's efforts to train and upgrade faculty and staff skills in the use of web-supplemented, web-based technologies.
Steve earned a master's degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University in 1998. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Management of Technology from Lock Haven University along with an A.A.S. degree in Audio Visual Technology from the University of New York, Agricultural and Technical College at Alfred, New York.

Kim joined the ITDL staff in April 2004. As the coordinator of instructional technology and technology training, Kim works with faculty in the development and delivery of distance learning and traditional courses. As a member of the office's training team, she also builds training modules and teaches professional development workshops about course tools and online delivery.
A Penn College alumna with an associate's degree as a MicroComputer Specialist, Kim earned a master's degree in Instructional Technology at Bloomsburg University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Penn State. Kim continues to teach Introduction to Information Technology as an adjunct for Business and Computer Technologies.
