complete the application and give you an overview of the process.

Financial Guarantee Form, high school (and college) transcripts, and application
(if completing the PDF version) via Air Mail Special Delivery or International Courier Service
(i.e., TNT or DHL) to ensure safe and speedy handling to the address listed

Estimated Costs
Prior to offering acceptance to a foreign student, the U.S. immigration
regulations require Penn
College to obtain an affidavit of financial support (or financial guarantee), certifying that the
applicant has adequate funds to attend college. Penn College provides an
estimated total cost for foreign students each year. For 2004/2005 the
estimate is US$19,026 per year. The actual
costs will vary for each student. Tuition is approximately $11,940 per
year; each credit is $398.
Living expenses are estimated at $5,586.
