Austria - Semester Exchange Program
Penn College offers a semester exchange program during the Fall semester at the Fachhochschule Vorarlberg (FH Vorarlberg)/Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences located in Dornbirn, Austria.
This program is only open to Penn College students. [additional details (PDF)]
Take classes in international management, German language, and other specially designed independent research projects. Designed for students with a business background, any student is welcome to apply to the program, but there are some business prerequisites. Participation in this exchange program is in the Fall semester only.
About Dornbirn
Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences is situated in Dornbirn (population 43,000), Vorarlberg’s largest town and the economic center of the state. The town is very welcoming and in the bustling pedestrian precinct in the middle of town there are lots of stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars.
Although Vorarlberg is a small state, it has a surprising amount of cultural activities. As well, its mountains and lakes provide excellent conditions for the outdoor enthusiast. Vorarlberg is also close to various world famous cities and cultural centers like Zurich, Innsbruck, Milan, and Munich.
