Refund Process

PCT One Card

Please be advised that declining balance meal plan and Wildcat Plus refunds will be processed through your PCT OneCard at the end of each semester. You must activate your card and select a refund preference or we will not be able to process your refund. For more information about the PCT OneCard, visit the Bursar's Office Refund FAQs Web page.

What do you want to do?

Please follow the instructions below for each option.

Penn College Meal Plans Wildcat Plus
Purchase items from Penn College dining units and vending machines.

Financial aid and student loans may be used to set up a meal plan during the first two weeks of each semester.

Can be included on tuition bill.

Semester-based; must be started at the beginning of a semester
Purchase items from various on-campus locations.

Must be set up with cash, check, or credit card. Financial aid may not be used and this option cannot be added to your tuition bill.

A Meal Plan must be purchased in order to have Wildcat Plus
