Lisa Worth has been with Penn College since 1997. As the most tenured of the athletics staff, Worth started out as an Intramural Assistant and then became Athletic Assistant. In 2010, she took on the title of Coordinator of Club Sports, Intramural Sports and Marketing for Athletics.

Worth is in charge of running and overseeing the intramural and club sports programs as well as coordinating all marketing and promotions for the department.

In her time, she has developed the Student Athletic Advisory Council (SAAC), game day promotions, and summer camp programs. She also took the intramurals program from eight activities to over 40 each semester with over 1,200 students participating. In addition, she has created the Reading with the Wildcats and Meet the Wildcats programs.

Worth graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management. While there, she was a four-year member of the Lady Eagles softball team. After, she worked as Sports Director for the Williamsport YMCA. She assisted in the Arena project and helped develop youth and adult sports programs for six years before transitioning to Penn College.

Worth and her husband Joe have three children, Joey, Matthew and Noah.  They family resides in Loyalsock.
