Through support of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, the Factory Built Housing Center (FBHC) began in April of 2004. The Center serves three primary sectors of factory-built housing (modular, manufactured [HUD Code], and panelized).
The FBHC is a one-of-a-kind training, education, and resource center for the factory-built industry. In conjunction with Pennsylvania College of Technology's Workforce Development & Continuing Education Center, the FBHC offers: AutoCAD Premier Training; customized job training; and economic development and assessment services for business and industry.

Modular Housing Training Institute
A partnership formed in 1998 between the Pennsylvania College of Technology, the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, and the Modular Building Systems Association whose combined efforts will provide training, education, and research serving the modular construction industry.
