As director, Crissy is responsible for developing and implementing the operating budget for dining services, monitoring monthly expenditures including the inventory of food and supplies, and ensuring that her staff is providing outstanding customer service. Crissy and her staff also work closely with local vendors to ensure the most nutritious, highest quality products are being served to customers every day throughout our 10 dining units.

Noelle directly supervises managers and staff responsible for menu design, safety and sanitation, catering and special events, recruiting and staff development, meal plans and accounting functions, and nutrition. She also oversees menu design and meal plans for the Children’s Learning Center.

Judi is often your first contact in the Dining Services department. She oversees all aspects of our CBORD system which includes meal plan accounts and unit cash registers. Bernadine is responsible for overseeing the ordering and inventory of food products and general supplies. In addition to acting as a liaison between product vendors, she also ensures that recipes are written in accordance to HACCP and are entered in the Dining Services menu system.
