Judi is often your first contact in the Dining Services department. She oversees all aspects of our CBORD system which includes meal plan accounts and unit cash registers. Amy produces marketing materials for the Dining Services department to advertise special events, dining units and meal plans. Bernadine is responsible for overseeing the ordering and inventory of food products and general supplies. In addition to acting as a liaison between product vendors, she also ensures that recipes are written in accordance to HACCP and are entered in the Dining Services menu system.
