Meal Plans
Refund Process
Please be advised that declining balance meal plan refunds will be processed through your PCT OneCard at the end of each semester. You must activate your card and select a refund preference or we will not be able to process your refund. For more information about the PCT OneCard, visit the Bursar's Office Refund FAQs Web page.
What do you want to do?
Please follow the instructions below for each option.
- Start a new Meal Plan for Fall 2009.Log onto the SIS and click on the Meal Plan / Membership link on the left hand bar of the page. Then select the View/Manage Meal Plan Accounts link. Deadline to have this charge on your tuition bill has been extended until August 3, 2009.
- Add funds to an existing account (meal plan). Log onto the SIS and click on the Meal Plan / Membership link on the left hand bar of the page. Then select the View/Manage Meal Plan Account link.
- Check an existing account balance or history. Log onto the SIS and click on the Meal Plan / Membership link on the left hand bar of the page. Then select the View/Manage Meal Plan Account link.
Penn College Meal Plans
- Purchase items from Penn College dining units and vending machines.
- Financial aid and student loans may be used to set up a meal plan during the first two weeks of each semester.
- Can be included on tuition bill.
- Semester-based; must be started at the beginning of a semester
