Professional Development Center (PDC)

A unique conference facility located in the heart of the campus, the Thompson Professional Development Center (PDC) was designed and constructed by Penn College students, faculty, and staff. The facility stands in testimony to the College's commitment to excellence in education. Inside, the decor echoes the local environment and surrounding landmarks, for which the rooms have been named.

This facility contains the following meeting rooms: the Mountain Laurel Room, the Tiadaghton Room, Slate Run Room, and the Atrium. The Mountain Laurel, Tiadaghton, and Slate Run Rooms in the PDC are equipped with computer and video projection, sound amplification, and Wi-Fi capabilities, as well as environmental comfort controls.
