Petition to Graduate
Students will be graduated from the College when they have successfully completed the requirements of their major.
To receive a printed diploma, you must “Petition to Graduate” by calling or stopping by the Registrar’s Office. You have the opportunity to approve the spelling of your name on the diploma, confirm your major, confirm your minor (if applicable), indicate your intention to participate in Commencement and whether you would like your name listed in their local newspaper. Once petitioned, additional information regarding Commencement will be mailed to the your official address after the petition deadline. It is important that your official address information be correct at the time of petitioning. The official address is where we will mail your diploma and transcript. If your official address needs to be changed, please use the Student Information System (SIS) to update your address.
