Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your information will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Ticketing Policy

Tickets are available only through the Community Arts Center. Our Box Office location is at 220 West Fourth Street, Williamsport PA, 17701.  Hours are 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 1pm on Saturday throughout the regular September - June season. Summer hours may vary; please call the Box Office at 800-432-9382 (or 326-2424 locally) for more information. Fifteen-minute curbside parking is available.  We strongly encourage patrons to consider purchasing through our secure website.  Processing fee for web sales is $2, versus $4 for any other method, plus you have the capability of selecting your own seat, as well as purchasing at any time, any day of the week.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, money orders, and cash. Please note that there is a $4 processing fee for subscription orders, TixNow! installment orders, and all walk-up, phone, mail-in, and fax orders. As of June 1st, 2004, online orders receive a $2 processing fee. Tickets cannot be held with a credit card for later purchase.

All orders are filled in order of receipt. Every effort is made to accommodate customer requests, however we cannot ensure that every request can be honored, especially for top-drawing artists or performances.  Should your requested location or area be unavailable, a Box Office representative will assign you the best available seating. Please examine your tickets immediately upon receipt. Should you have questions, please contact the Box Office within 48 hours.

If you require special-needs assistance, you may not be appropriately served by ordering tickets online.  The Arts Center has a limited number of handicapped and special-needs seating locations that are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be purchased only by speaking to our Box Office Manager.   Once a sale is completed, we cannot retroactively adjust seating to accommodate special needs patrons.  It is highly recommended that you speak with our Box Office Manager prior to purchasing tickets.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled by the Community Arts Center or the performer, there are no refunds or exchanges. In case of inclement weather, should the performance occur, there are no refunds or exchanges. Should you be unable to use your tickets for any show, you may wish to consider donating them back to the Community Arts Center at least 24 hours before a performance as a tax-deducible gift. Contact the Box Office for more details.

We will duplicate lost or misplaced tickets for $1, provided that your ticketing history is on file. We can only duplicate tickets for the party under whose name tickets were purchased. We cannot duplicate tickets purchased through a different party, such as a friend or family member.

As a courtesy to our audiences, no children four and under will be admitted, even through a separately purchased ticket, except for events designated "Family Friendly."  Look for this designation on the banner for our available shows.  Please feel free to contact our box office if the event you are considering is in question.

Seating is by ticket only; you must have a valid ticket to gain admission to a performance.

The Community Arts Center supports the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. We are wheelchair accessible throughout the orchestra of the theatre and in all separate spaces of the Arts Center. Special needs seating must be requested through the box office at time of purchase. A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available in the orchestra on a first-come, first-served basis. Listening devices are available at no cost for all performances.
