Limited Physicals

Limited physical examinations (i.e. health sciences, work, driver’s license) are available through College Health Services. Physical forms and proper identification are required. Fees apply.

Athletic Physicals

Sports physicals for Penn College student athletes will be offered by sport (i.e. baseball, basketball, dance team) on designated dates. All physicals will be conducted in the College Health Services Office, Bush Campus Center, Room 150.
