Operating Hours & Schedule

Hours

The Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for days when the entire College is closed and for ten scheduled staff development days during the year.

Half-day schedules are available in the morning only, anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. This schedule includes lunch and, if the child is at the Center by 8:30 a.m., breakfast.

Children must be scheduled to attend on a regular basis for a minimum of 3 half days or 2 full days per week. If space is available, regularly scheduled part-time children may attend extra days or half-days by requesting this in advance and paying an additional fee.

Schedule

The Center operates by Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions, and children enroll for one session at a time. (In Summer only, enrollment may be for as little as a week at a time, if space is available.) Returning children have priority in enrolling for the next session. The Center follows the College schedule for 12-month employees. Children may be enrolled for this schedule or for the academic schedule for faculty or students.

Meals

Nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack), prepared by the College's Dining Services staff, are included in the fee.
