Group Exercise Program Survey
Exploration of alternative exercise-fitness methodologies beyond those offered in the PFS curriculum. Active participation in a learning environment that provides cognitive, effective, and psychomotor experiences. Course work includes group exercise components such as, Pilates, spinning, massage, yoga, Tai Chi, and Active-Isolated Stretching. 1 Credit ( .50 Lecture - 1.50 Lab)
