Continued examination of contract law, with a study of selected sections of the Uniform Commercial Code. Concepts covered include the requirements of sales contracts and how they are formed; sales warranties and product liability; rights and liabilities of parties to commercial paper; and the forming of, transfer of, and discharge of negotiable instruments. Additional topics include the laws regulating real and personal property, agency law, and laws applicable to business organizations.
