Health and Human Services Public Policy Development
The focus of this course is the formation and execution of public policy in local, state, and federal government. Theoretical and comparative study of public policy with case studies of specific issues in health and human services policy are combined. Approaches for accessing government and provider agencies, and effective mechanisms to influence public policy are emphasized. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Fall Only.
