This course will provide students the opportunity to prepare for the certification exam as set forth by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics & Information Management Education (CAHIIM) for an Accredited Educational Program for the Health Information Technician and the entry-level competencies identified by the American Health Information Management Association. 1 Credit (1 Lecture - 0 Lab)
