Culinary Senior Project
Capstone course for the Culinary Arts bachelor degree. Course content provides resources and faculty mentoring for analysis of internship experiences, technical skill and interdisciplinary synthesis. Formal and informal writing styles are employed as a primary means of communication with the added expectation that other creative venues become an integral part of the project presentation. Participation in classroom seminars or colloquia is required.
