Tableservice Practicum
This course will provide an opportunity to apply the knowledge and practice the skills developed in FHD133. A minimum of 75 hours of table service practice in the campus' Le Jeune Chef Restaurant and at selected catered events is required. 1 Credit (0 Lecture - 5 Lab)
