Fundamental concepts of operation, installation, and configuration of the hardware and operating system software for computer networks. Emphasis on the hands-on, practical experiences needed to service enterprise computing systems used in industry. Network topologies, protocols, cabling systems, and server operating system software installation and service configuration are covered, with an emphasis on entry-level skills for network professionals. 4 Credits (3 Lecture - 3 Lab) Prerequisite(s): Placement by Examination or MTH006. Fall Only.
