Advanced study within the Unix environment, providing the skills needed to set up and maintain Unix computers. Topics range from initial installation of Linux to day-to-day administrative tasks, such as management of user accounts and disk space. Skills learned also include troubleshooting techniques that will enable future system administrators to cope with unexpected behavior. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): CIT240.
