Application of civil engineering to land development. Includes the use of principles of hydraulics, hydrology, roadway design, topographic grading, and surveying to create a residential development. Also covers the legal and regulatory framework governing land development, permitting requirements, and computer applications. 3 Credits (2 Lecture - 3 Lab) Prerequisite(s): CET124 and CET126 and CET150 or CET124 and CET127 and CET150.
