Application of the concepts of land development to the practice of land surveying. Topics include PA legislation, environmental concerns and permits (NPDES permits, E&S plans, stormwater plans & wetland impacts), planning from topographic maps, land development, subdivision and zoning regulations, highway occupancy permits, sewer line and septic systems design (sewage modules), computer applications, PSLS and ALTA/ACSM survey requirements, DEP regulations (general permits, small projects & joint applications). 2 Credits (1 Lecture - 3 Lab) Prerequisite(s): CET122 and CET123. Fall Only.
