Application of the concepts of land development to the practice of land surveying; PA legislation, Environmental concerns and permits (NPDES Permits, E&S Plans, Stormwater Plans & Wetland impacts), Planning from topographic maps, Land development, subdivision and zoning regulations, Highway Occupancy Permits, Sewer line and septic systems design (Sewage Modules), Computer applications, PSLS and ALTA/ACSM survey requirements, DEP regulations (General Permits, Small Projects & Joint Applications). 2 Credits (1 Lecture - 3 Lab) Prerequisite(s): CET122 and CET123.
