Study of a Residential Design/Build model for construction, including investigation of the advantages, disadvantages, and unique opportunities that the model has to offer. Focus on the completion of work through the design-build process, from initial client interviews to the production of plans and specifications that meet the client's needs and are acceptable for the issuance of a building permit. (Formerly portion of BCT320) 1 Credit (0 Lecture - 3 Lab) Prerequisite(s): BCT268 or BCT258 or ACH116 and ACH118 or ACH135.
