Construction Estimating and Management
Study of construction estimating and its relation to construction management for residential and light commercial structures. Processes and procedures will be covered to give the student a working knowledge of how realistic construction costs are obtained. The emphasis will be placed on the types of estimates and quantity takeoff and development of construction schedules. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab)
