Automotive Service Facilities and Production
Analysis of the impact of business and repair on production and profit within the automotive service industry. Exploration of service facility design, equipment placement, building maintenance, and appearance as related to production and profit. Emphasis on employee performance, with special attention to technician performance in meeting industry standards. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab)
