Honda PACT Operations II
Preparation for upcoming employment in a Honda or Acura dealership, to include completing any remaining assignments as required by the "Individual Skills Training" modules and understanding the service management and operation of a dealership. Specific topics will briefly cover the Service Management Action Program (MAP), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Customer Service Counseling (SCS) programs.
