Preparation for employment in a Honda or Acura dealership, including completion of any remaining assignments as required by the "Individual Skills Training" modules. Emphasis on service management and operation of a dealership. Specific topics include the Service Management Action Program (MAP), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Customer Service Counseling (CSC) programs. 1 Credit (1 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): AMT171.
