Honda PACT Operations I
Introductory course developed in cooperation with American Honda's Professional Automotive Career Training (PACT) program with emphasis on completion of Honda specific training modules. Preparation for subsequent internship at a sponsoring Honda or Acura dealership, with specific assignments as required by the "Individual Skills Training" modules. Exposure to Honda-specific systems such as the Dealership Personnel Training System (DPTS), Honda PROformance, Acura Advantage, Honda service bulletins, parts bulletins, service news, warranty updates, service manuals, and repair orders. Employment preparation skills and dealership operations will be emphasized.
