Honda PACT I
Introductory course developed in cooperation with American Honda's Professional Automotive Career Training (PACT) program in preparation for an internship at a sponsoring Honda or Acura dealership. Exposure to Honda-specific systems such as the Dealership Personnel Training System (DPTS), Honda PROformance, Acura Advantage, Honda service bulletins, parts bulletins, service news, warranty updates, service manuals, and writing repair orders. Emphasis on marketable skills and dealership operations. Assignments as required by the "Individual Skills Training" modules. 1 Credit (1 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): Placement by Examination or MTH004 and Placement by Examination or RDG001.
