Study of the methodology to present technical information in order to improve employee performance. Examination of employee induction, development, and evaluation techniques as used by management and training departments. In addition, curriculum and examination development, training models, lesson delivery skills, and opportunities to enter vocational education will be presented. Furthermore, this course adheres to NAIT accreditation standards for the Automotive Technology Management program.
