Introduction to shop safety. Course work includes the welding and brazing of various metals in all positions, the theory of welding and brazing, and the cutting of ferrous metals using oxy-acetylene hand and machine methods. Basic welding layout is included. (Formerly WEL 111) 2 Credits (1 Lecture - 3 Lab) Corequisite(s): WEL115. Fall Only.
