Gender Issues in the United States
Examination of how gender shapes the experiences of all people in the United States. In addition, gender often combines with other categories to which people are assigned, so that an individual may experience the impact of several simultaneously. Therefore, this course explores issues related to gender cross-culturally, and employs a comparative analysis of gender themes. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): SOC111. (Cultural Diversity) As needed, Fall.
