Study of the Business Transaction System (BTS) applications, and the role they play in business solutions. Various current BTS systems are presented, and the concepts and facilities of each system are examined. Additional emphasis on data integrity and security issues as well as data conversion and transmission in such systems. Working BTS applications are demonstrated. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): MIS150 or CSC128 or CSC161 or CIT160 or MIS220. Fall Only.
