Management of Organizational Behavior
MGT410
Development of the personal and managerial skills needed to bring about effective organizational behavior. Emphasis on increased understanding of self and others to facilitate productive interaction within a work environment. Culturally enhanced issues are presented, particularly as they relate to management of workforce diversity. Topics also include motivational theories and leadership models. Course work includes group interaction via experiential exercises, group activities, and application of self-assessment tools. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): MGT115 and MGT315 or MGT115 and MGT330 or CIT246 and MGT115.
