Exploration of the many ethical and malpractice pitfalls that paralegals and lawyers face in providing legal services. Discussion includes the ABA and Pennsylvania guidelines and appellate court decisions involving substantive ethical issues. Emphasis is on how to identify ethical issues and, once identified, on how to proceed. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Spring Only.
