Principles and practices surrounding the collection of data about persons served and the use of that data in decision-making regarding diagnosis, service planning, intervention, referral, and follow-up. Emphasis on the use of case management methods with various populations; practical skill development includes process documentation. Study includes the history, principles, models, practices, and issues in case management. (Formerly HSR 360) Non-Human Services majors may take the course with permission of the instructor. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): HSR210 and HSR221 and HSR225 and WRSELC. As needed.
