Russian and Soviet History
Study of the growth and development of the Soviet Union beginning with the influences surrounding the founding of the original state of Kiev in the ninth century, through the rise and fall of Tsarism, to the Revolution(s) of 1917, then proceeding from the ordeal of Stalinism through the Cold War to the contemporary setting of Glasnost and Perestroika. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab)
