Introduction to hotel management, focusing on the essential front office procedures, management systems and issues affecting the management of rooms in lodging establishments. Study includes modern patterns of ownership, management, and marketing of hotels, motels, resorts, and inns. Additional topics include Yield Management, reservations management, front office accounting, service management, guest security, and Quality Service Management.
